Rates & Bookings

Maison de Bas Villa opened its doors to our first guests in June 2010. We are open all year round.

We offer Bed and Breakfast at £40 per person per night in our rooms called ‘Guernsey’ and ‘Sark’ and £45 per person per night in our rooms called ‘Alderney’ and ‘Herm’ for stays of two or more nights.

To offset costs, there is a £15 supplement for single occupancy per night.

There is also a charge of £15 per room if you stay for only one night.

For example:

For a room for 1 person staying for one night in “Guernsey” or “Sark”;

For a room for 2 people staying for one night in “Guernsey” or “Sark”;

Unfortunately, as a small business, I do not have the facility to deal with credit/debit cards. I accept payment in cash at the end of your stay, or by cheque/bank transfer prior to your arrival. Please view our Payment Details & Cancellation Policy (PDF).

Bookings before Easter 2012 – we are offering Bed and Breakfast, staying in any of the rooms, at a rate of just £40 per person per night for stays of two or more nights for stays checking out on or before Good Friday, 6 April 2012. The supplements of £15 per night for single occupancy and for one night stays applies to this rate.
